BS-SS100-Invercargill

Perhaps the most famous of all the Brough Superior SS100s is ‘Henry VIII’, which is in the British Imperial War Museum in London. This motorcycle was owned by T.E. Lawrence (‘Lawrence of Arabia’) and he was killed while riding it – how romantic is that for a bike’s ownership credentials? The SS100 shown here is a pristine example of this almost-legendary model, on display in Classic Motorcycle Mecca, Invercargill, New Zealand.
